    Physia Clinic provides free access as well as subscription-based online platform for physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists to access and use our library of 3D exercises to design personalised exercise programs for their patients.

  3. User Eligibility

    Our services are intended for use by physiotherapists, physical rehabilitation specialists, and other certified healthcare providers. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary qualifications to provide such services to patients.

  4. Account Registration

    To access the services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Physia Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  5. Subscription and Payment

    Physia Clinic offers subscription plans for access to its exercise library. Payment terms, including subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal policies, are provided at the time of subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

  6. Use of Content

    The exercises and materials provided on Physia Clinic are for professional use by qualified practitioners. You may use the content to create exercise programs for your patients but may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content outside of your professional use without prior written consent from Physia Clinic.

  7. Intellectual Property

    All content, including 3D exercises, software, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Physia Clinic. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  8. User Responsibilities

    You agree to use the Physia Clinic platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the treatment programs you create using the platform, including ensuring that they are suitable for your patients' needs.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    Physia Clinic provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. Physia Clinic is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.

  10. Termination

    Physia Clinic reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

  11. Amendments

    Physia Clinic may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  12. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Estonia.
