Physia Clinic is an online platform designed for physiotherapists, corrective exercise specialists, and other healthcare professionals looking to provide effective at-home exercise programs for their patients. It offers a comprehensive collection of 3D exercises to help you create personalised rehabilitation programs tailored to your patients' needs.
Our platform is designed for physiotherapists, corrective exercise specialists and other healthcare professionals looking to provide effective at-home exercise programs for their patients.
Log in to your Physia Clinic account, explore our extensive 3D exercise library, and select the exercises that best meet your patient’s needs. You can easily compile these exercises into a customised program that your patients can access online. If you need detailed instructions, simply refer to our Help section.
Yes, patients can conveniently access their prescribed exercise programs through a web link provided by their therapist. The exercises are displayed using high-quality 3D animations to ensure clarity and precision.
Most exercises require minimal equipment, such as an exercise mat, small dumbbells, resistance bands, or a stability ball. Each exercise description clearly specifies any required equipment.
Currently, our exercise programs can be accessed via any web browser on any device. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are in development and will be available soon.
We’re continuously enhancing our platform. Soon, users will be able to view exercises from any angle using a movable camera. Additionally, we’re developing an AR/XR app for eyewear devices that will bring life-sized models into patients’ homes for even more precise guidance.
We highly value input from the physiotherapy community. You can suggest new exercises for the Exercise Library by clicking the “Request New Exercise” button at the bottom of the Filters.
To get started, simply sign up for an account on our website and explore the library to begin creating personalised exercise programs for your patients.
The library is currently available free of charge. However, we plan to introduce a subscription fee in the future.
Currently, our software is available on screen-based solutions (desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile). However, we are actively developing Augmented Reality (AR) applications. Once launched, your patients will be able to follow a virtual trainer at a 1:1 scale at home using eyewear devices, ensuring precise guidance and eliminating any confusion about exercise execution.
